The process

What every weekly visit includes

  1. Skim, brush and vacuum

Surface debris skimmed, walls and steps brushed, and the floor vacuumed every visit, not just when it looks bad. Consistent brushing is what keeps algae from getting started.

  2. Baskets, filter and flow

Skimmer and pump baskets emptied, filter pressure checked and cartridges cleaned on schedule. Good flow is the heart of a healthy pool.

  3. Test and balance chemistry

Chlorine, pH, alkalinity and stabilizer tested on site and balanced with exactly what your water needs. No dumping product to pad a bill.

  4. Equipment check

Pump, filter, heater and automation get a quick health check every week, so small issues are caught before they become expensive failures.

  5. Service note

You get a service note after every visit, so you always know we showed up, what we did and how your water is trending.

Proof, not promises

Filter cartridges, before and after

Clogged cartridges choke flow, strain the pump and leave water cloudy. Cleaning them on schedule is part of every maintenance plan.

What's included

Your pool, always ready

A pool that isn't maintained quickly turns green, unsafe and expensive to fix. A weekly plan keeps the water balanced, clean and safe without you having to think about it.

We track your pool's history visit to visit, so a slow change in pressure or chemistry gets noticed before it becomes a repair.

  • Wall and tile brushing
  • Filter cleaning and backwash
  • Equipment inspection each visit
  • Algae prevention treatment
  • Service report after each visit

Maintenance plans

Weekly plans are priced for your pool's size and needs. Ask about bundling maintenance with equipment repair coverage.

  • Weekly cleaning

Skimming, brushing and vacuuming on a schedule your pool can count on.

  • Chemical balancing

Water tested and dialed in every visit, with product used only as needed.

  • Equipment monitoring

Pump, filter and heater checked weekly so surprises stay rare.

Good to know

Weekly maintenance questions, answered

How often should my pool be serviced?

Weekly service is right for most residential pools. Pools with heavy use or a lot of tree debris may need two visits a week.

What chemicals do you use?

Professional-grade chemicals matched to your pool, chlorine or saltwater. We always test before adding anything.

Do I need to be home for service visits?

No. Most clients aren't home. We service the pool and leave a note on what was done and anything we noticed with your equipment.

What if there's a problem with my equipment?

Your technician flags it and we contact you to schedule a repair. Clients on a maintenance plan get priority scheduling.
